While there are plenty of ways to enjoy your stay right here on the farm — from watching wildlife wander around the camp from your patio to a friendly game of darts or board games in the bar area, or simply relaxing by the swimming pool — you can also make use of our two exciting new additions: the farm gym, perfect for an early morning workout surrounded by nature, and the petanque field, where you can enjoy this fun, social French ball game under the African sun. There’s even a jungle gym for the little ones to enjoy some outdoor fun. 
We also offer a variety of unique activities that can be booked in advance, adding a special touch to your stay and making your visit truly unforgettable — available exclusively for guests staying at Sun Acres Farm.

Ever dreamed of getting close to the animals? Join us for a special game drive during feeding time and experience the bush from a whole new perspective.

No pre-booking is required, but space is limited and the drives are only available on certain days — so please check with us during your stay.

Bush lunch

For a truly memorable experience, enjoy a picnic-style lunch in the bush. We’ll take you on a scenic drive through the farm to spot wildlife such as sable antelope, wildebeest, nyala, and springbok. Awaiting you under a shady tree will be a beautifully set table with sandwiches and snacks.
